20 October 2026

Booking page fixes

  • Fixed Booking settings now save properly, including working hours, Google Meet and reminders. Before this, changes could look saved but were not stored.
  • Fixed Adding, editing, pausing and deleting booking services works again (it showed "Invalid CSRF token").
  • Fixed Connecting Google Calendar no longer shows "Access blocked" for new connections.
19 October 2026

AI writing with your own key, and button fixes

  • New Settings, AI writing: add your own OpenRouter key to switch on AI emails, posts, call scripts and chatbot replies. A 6-step guide is on the page, and the key is checked with OpenRouter as you save it. You pay OpenRouter directly, usually pennies a month.
  • Improved AI writing now uses a fixed, low-cost model, so it no longer comes back blank.
  • Fixed Fixed buttons that did nothing: export ticked contacts, Generate email copy, Mark as verified in the knowledge base, and the customer name in review requests.
  • Improved Logo uploads now only accept real images (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP).
17 October 2026

A call flow for your AI receptionist

  • New Call flow (AI receptionist, Call flow): the steps your receptionist follows on every call, shown as cards. Rename, reorder, switch off or add steps, and change what it asks at each one. Every business gets a starting flow for its industry, switched off until you press Switch on.
  • New New enquiries are qualified step by step (what they need, the job, timing and budget, their details). Existing customers are recognised by their number, greeted by name and told about their next booking, and general questions are answered or taken as a message.
  • New Price questions can come up at any point: the receptionist gives price ranges from your price book and says you will confirm the exact price.
  • New Hot leads can be put through to your mobile during opening hours. Everyone else is promised a callback, and a callback task is added for you.
  • New After each call: the contact is added as a new lead with a hot, warm or cold score, a note with every answer is saved, and you get a text with the details straight away (about 5p a text).
  • New Choose exactly what the receptionist finds out at each step: add or remove items like "Property type" or "Event date", and edit the first words it says and its name.
  • New Owners and admins get an email after every call with the outcome (booked, needs a call back, message taken) and a short "What to do next" list. A text can go to your mobile too. Use "Send me a test" to see one.
  • New The receptionist can offer your next free times and book the caller in. The booking is added as pending, with a task for you to confirm it.
  • Improved Sounds more natural: British English, short replies, small "mm" and "right" sounds while the caller talks, and one question at a time. A "Get ready" checklist shows what to set up first.
14 October 2026

Clearer automations, "Chasing for you" on Quotes, and fixes

  • Improved Automations read in plain steps: When, Wait and Do, with the real tag name instead of a number. Each one has an on and off switch.
  • New Quotes now has a "Chasing for you" card showing which quotes are waiting for an answer, when the next reminder goes, and how much is owed on invoices.
  • New Archived items is in the Settings menu (the cog next to your name).
  • New Tour sign-ups from your website ("Keep me updated") add the tour tag in the CRM, and any automation or sequence you set up for that tour's tag runs from there, sent from your own address with replies coming back to you.
  • Fixed The On hold button on tasks works again.
  • Fixed Table columns on Quotes and other lists were squashed after the last update. They are back to normal.
  • Fixed Going to /calendar now opens your calendar instead of a "page not found" message. On phones, the bar that appears when you select several items no longer runs off the edge.
  • Improved Each page shows one help box instead of two, and you can always see where you are when moving around with the keyboard.
  • Improved Extra security checks so one business can never change or delete another business's tasks, notes, appointments, deals or automations.
12 October 2026

Archive instead of delete, private client photos, and pop-ups that fit every screen

  • New Remove a job, appointment, task or note and you can now archive it instead of deleting it. Archived items are out of your lists but can be brought back any time from Archived items. Deleting for good asks twice and warns you it cannot be undone.
  • Improved Client photos are now private. They can only be opened by your team when signed in, not by anyone with the link. Existing photos have been moved over.
  • Fixed Pop-ups such as the job window no longer slide under the menu on smaller laptops and tablets. On phones they open as a full-width panel with one column of fields and buttons that are easy to tap.
12 October 2026

Job done, invoice sent, review asked: plus reminders, a customer page and photos

  • New Finish a job and the invoice is ready straight away (from the quote, or type the amount once). Send it in one tap, then choose whether to email the customer a Google review request.
  • New Time savers: chase unanswered quotes by email on day 3 and day 7, text customers the day before their job ("reply C to confirm"), and get a morning plan of your day by email or text. Texts are charged at your normal text rate and are off until you switch them on.
  • New Due for a repeat visit: customers whose last job was about a year ago, with a ready-made message to send in one tap.
  • New Before and after photos on jobs, taken on your phone. Shared photos show on the customer's private page, and the invoice email links to them.
  • Improved The customer page is more secure and more useful: customers can pay invoices, ask for a booking and update their details. Drafts are never shown, links can be switched off instantly, and nobody can find out whether an email address is on file.
  • Improved Cancelling an invoice or archiving a quote now keeps it in your records instead of deleting it.
12 October 2026

Tell the assistant what to do, and fuel cost per job

  • New The assistant can now do things for you. Type "Invoice Jane Smith £250 for a boiler service" and it gets the invoice ready, shows you the total with VAT, and sends it when you press the button. It can also make quotes, add reminders, save notes and tell you who owes you money.
  • New Fuel cost per job on Routes. Pick petrol or diesel, your miles per gallon and what you pay per litre, add the round trip miles, and every route shows the fuel cost in total and per job.
  • Fixed The Send button on Invoices now emails the invoice to your customer, with a Pay now button when Stripe is connected. Before, it did nothing.
  • Fixed The old pop-up tour no longer appears on top of the new menu. The demo opens its own guided tour instead.
  • New Good, Better, Best quotes now turn into invoices. When a customer accepts and picks a package, the invoice for that package is ready as a draft and you get an alert. You can also press "Make invoice" on any quote and choose the package.
  • Improved While you build a Good, Better, Best quote you can see what the customer pays for each package, and the quotes list shows which one they chose.
11 October 2026

Mailchimp stays in sync, and better Jobber and Tradify imports

  • New Connect Mailchimp once and it stays in sync. New subscribers come across every hour, and anyone who unsubscribes in Mailchimp is marked as unsubscribed here. Your key is stored encrypted and you can disconnect at any time.
  • Improved Jobber and Tradify exports are now matched column by column, including property addresses, address line 2 and the phone Jobber marks for texts.
  • Improved From 11 November 2026, online booking works out travel time from the real distance between postcodes. Only the postcode is looked up, using Postcodes.io, which is now on our sub-processor list.
11 October 2026

Switch in minutes, quotes from calls, voice notes and smarter booking

  • New Moving from Jobber, Tradify, HubSpot or Mailchimp? Drop their export file into Contacts, Import. We recognise it, match the columns for you, keep mobiles for texting and keep postcodes with the address.
  • Improved Imported contacts no longer trigger your "new contact" automations, so old customers do not get a welcome message by surprise.
  • Fixed The Mailchimp import works again. Unsubscribed people stay marked as unsubscribed, and Mailchimp tags come across too.
  • New The AI receptionist drafts the quote. When a caller asks for work in your price book, a draft quote is saved on their contact for you to check and send. Nothing is sent without you. Switch it off on the receptionist page.
  • New Voice notes. Press "Voice note" on a contact, speak, check the words and save. Say "remind me to call her back on Friday" and a task is added for Friday. Jobs have "Speak a note" too.
  • New Online booking can fit around your jobs, with travel time either side. Nearby postcodes need less travel and far ones more. Turn it on in Booking settings.
  • New Speed to lead on Today: how fast you reply to new enquiries, how many you answered within 5 minutes and who is still waiting.
  • New A public status page at /status with live checks and uptime for the last 7, 30 and 90 days, against a 99.9% target.
  • Fixed Hot-lead tasks from older receptionist calls are created properly again.
11 October 2026

Never miss a lead: text-back, alerts and a faster start

  • New Missed-call text-back. When nobody answers, the caller gets a text from your own number within seconds and a "Call back" task lands on Today. You can also ring your mobile first. Switch it on from Calls.
  • New "Leads you could lose today" on Today: missed calls nobody has returned, new enquiries with no reply and hot leads that have gone quiet, each with one-tap Call and Text.
  • New Alerts on your phone or computer for new texts, new enquiries and missed calls. Turn them on from Today. On iPhone, add the CRM to your home screen first.
  • New "Get live in 10 minutes" on Today for new accounts, with the quickest steps first and the essentials switched on in one click.
  • New "How you compare" on Reports: your reply rate, days to get paid and quotes won against anonymous averages of similar businesses.
  • Fixed The Twilio webhook addresses in the setup guide (/api/twilio/voice, /status and /sms) now work. Some were returning an error.
  • Improved The CRM no longer stores any pages on your device, so nothing about your customers is kept in the browser.
  • Fixed The team leaderboard in Analytics opens again. It was showing an error.
  • New New on the website: comparisons with Jobber, Tradify and HubSpot, pages for cleaning and pest control and for venues and events, and a free missed call cost calculator.
  • New Connect your own Stripe account in Settings, Integrations. Invoice payments go straight to you, and the key is checked with Stripe and stored encrypted.
  • New Invoice reminders now include a "Pay now" button automatically, for the amount still owed. When the customer pays, the invoice is marked paid and the reminders stop.
  • Fixed The Billing page no longer shows a "next billing" date that has already passed.
11 October 2026

Tidier Sequences, Email and Settings pages

  • Fixed Paying for your plan by card works again, monthly or yearly. A change on Stripe's side had stopped the card payment page from opening.
  • Improved Signing in now always takes you to Today, the new home screen with what needs you, today's bookings, money owed and your pipeline.
  • Improved Sequences now shows your own sequences first, with the 25 ready-made templates folded away underneath until you want them.
  • Fixed Page buttons at the top of the screen no longer run off the edge on smaller laptops. The search box makes room instead.
  • Improved Settings has one clear place to change your password, and the Email page stats sit neatly in a row.
  • Improved New About, Contact, Common questions, Security and Affiliates pages on the website, with up-to-date details on where your data is kept.
10 October 2026

Pay yearly and save 20%

  • New You can now pay for your plan once a year by card and save 20%: Solo £278.40, Team £1,430.40 and Agency £3,830.40 a year. Choose monthly or yearly on the Billing page.
  • Improved New Pricing, Features, Trades, Clinics and Tours pages, with every feature described as it works today.
10 October 2026

The CRM now chases unpaid invoices for you

  • New Automatic payment reminders: your customer gets a friendly email on the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days late, until the invoice is paid. Each email comes from your business, includes your pay link when there is one, and is logged on the customer. Switch it off on the Invoices page if you prefer.
  • New Invoices shows what you are waiting to be paid, how late each one is, and a bar for part payments.
  • New Jobs shows the day's round in order with a route map, and one tap opens the route in Google Maps.
  • New Reports shows money in by month, from paid invoices and website orders.
9 October 2026

See your data, and sign for it

  • New Settings, Your data and GDPR: see that your records are held in the UK, how much is stored for your business, and which services help run the CRM.
  • New A short data protection agreement that an owner or admin signs once for the business, setting out how we look after your data and how your team keeps it and the CRM safe. You can print or save it as a PDF.
  • Fixed Signing in after trying the demo now always opens your own account.
9 October 2026

A cleaner, calmer CRM

  • New A new menu grouped into five areas: Win work, Talk, Run the jobs, Get paid and Grow. Today, Inbox and Calendar are always at the top, and you can pin up to five tools you use most.
  • New Settings, Industry and menu: switch tools you never use out of the menu for your whole team. Nothing is deleted.
  • New One Inbox for texts, WhatsApp, emails and calls, with Open, Done and All views. The red number on Inbox now only counts conversations waiting for your reply.
  • New Calendar shows the week at a glance, with bookings that need confirming and your booking page links alongside.
  • Improved Today shows what needs you first, then your numbers, schedule and pipeline. Pipeline columns show their total value and each card shows its next step and how long it has been in that stage.
  • Improved Automations shows your own automations first, with the templates tucked away until you want them. Page help boxes stay folded until you open them.
  • Improved A clearer Help button, with links to the guides, booking a setup call and reporting a problem. Works the same on your phone.
  • Fixed The new invoice and new job windows no longer open by themselves when the page loads.
7 October 2026

Never miss a customer

  • New Owners and admins now get an email whenever a customer texts in, calls your AI receptionist, books online or sends a website enquiry, so nothing waits unnoticed.
  • New Messages that ask a question or mention prices are marked "Needs a reply" and come first.
7 October 2026

Try the CRM before you sign up

  • New A free demo with no sign-up: pick an events and tours business, a heating engineer or a skin clinic and you are signed straight in to a demo full of customers, bookings, automations and calls.
  • New A guided tour at the top of every page walks you through the features that matter for that type of business.
  • Improved Click, add and edit anything. Nothing in the demo sends a real email, text or call, and it resets every night.
7 October 2026

One confirmation email for every booking

  • New Booking sections: write a short section once for each package, weekend, camp or extra, add {booking_sections} to your confirmation email, and every customer only sees the sections for what they bought. One email now covers every combination.
  • New A "Try it" box shows which sections a customer would get before you send anything.
  • Improved The booking confirmation recipe now includes booking sections as well as the order summary and product details.
6 October 2026

Tags for product options

  • New Product options now get their own purchase tag, for example "Bought: Event Weekend - Bell Tent" as well as "Bought: Event Weekend", so each confirmation email can name exactly what was booked.
  • New Choose which options to tag on the WooCommerce page, and add option tags to orders you have already received in one click.
  • Improved Names, emails, phone numbers, dates and notes entered at checkout are never turned into tags.
  • New Order details in emails: add {order_summary} to show exactly what the customer booked (every product, option, quantity and price), and {order_details} to include the full description of each product straight from your website, with a More information button.
  • Improved The booking confirmation recipe now includes both, so new confirmations explain the booking in full.
3 October 2026

Your day, in one place

  • New New Today page: website orders, tasks due, appointments, text replies and new contacts for today, all on one screen.
  • New Bulk actions on Contacts: tick as many contacts as you like, then add a tag, remove a tag or add them to a sequence in one go.
  • New Search now finds website orders and emails as well as contacts, deals, tasks and notes.
  • New Set-up checklist on the dashboard. Each step only ticks off once it is actually working.
  • Improved Every contact timeline now shows the emails they were sent, their website orders and the tags they were given.
  • Improved The email builder saves your draft as you go, so nothing is lost if you press back. Preview and test send are fixed too.
  • Improved Clear, plain-English error messages that tell you what went wrong and what to do next.
  • New Monthly report email for every account: on the 1st, owners and admins see what the CRM did for them last month, from new contacts and orders to calls answered and hours saved. It can be switched off in one click.
  • Fixed Pop-ups no longer close when you highlight or paste text inside them.
2 October 2026

Your online shop, working for you

  • New Shop automations: buyers are tagged "Bought: product name" the moment they order, ready to send booking confirmations automatically.
  • New Repeat customer and VIP tags, plus refund and cancellation tags, added for you.
  • New Stock levels in the CRM, low-stock alerts and a waiting list that tells people when an item is back in stock.
  • New Instant order updates from WooCommerce, so new orders land in the CRM within seconds.
  • New Ready-made shop recipes: booking confirmation, 48-hour follow-up, refund, cancellation, back in stock and VIP thank you. Each starts switched off until you are happy with it.
  • Improved Last synced now shows the date and the time, and sync history shows real problems instead of hiding them.
  • Improved Connect your WordPress site straight from Settings, for any website you run.
1 October 2026

Peace of mind: we watch your connections

  • New Connection health checks for your website, Twilio, Retell, Stripe and Postmark. If one stops working, the right people get a clear email and a task, and a follow-up once it is fixed.

  • Improved Automation emails are now recorded in each contact email history.
27 September 2026
