Questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us.

Is Unavoidable CRM cheaper than HubSpot or Salesforce?

For one person, the headline per-seat price of HubSpot Starter or Salesforce Starter is lower than our Solo plan. The difference is what comes in the box. Our plans include texting, WhatsApp, bookings, jobs, quotes, invoices, automations and the AI receptionist, which you would normally add with extra tools or higher tiers elsewhere. Use the calculator above with your own team size.

Do you charge per user?

No. You pick a plan by how many people and contacts you have: Solo is 1 user, Team is 5 users, Agency is unlimited users. Every plan has every feature.

Do you mark up texts and calls?

No. You connect your own Twilio and calling accounts and pay them directly at their price. We do not resell messages or minutes with a margin.

Where is my data kept?

In the UK. Each business can only ever see its own records, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement on request.

Can I move from HighLevel, HubSpot, Jobber or Tradify?

Yes. Export your contacts as a spreadsheet, import them in a few minutes, pick your industry and the pipeline, automations and templates are set up for you. Book a free 15-minute setup call and Andrew will help you move.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Paying yearly saves 20%.

What does HighLevel do better?

HighLevel has a bigger marketplace of templates and snapshots, a funnel and website builder, and a large agency community. If you run an agency that resells software to lots of clients, it is a strong choice.

What does HubSpot or Salesforce do better?

Both have huge app marketplaces and deep reporting at their higher tiers, and Salesforce can be customised for almost any process if you have an admin or partner to do it. For large sales teams with complex processes they are hard to beat.
