Common questions

Why isn't there a Starter plan any more?
Because feature-gating hurt more people than it helped. Solo now includes every feature that used to be Pro-only. If you're just starting, that's still the right plan.
What are the SMS, email and AI receptionist costs?
Those bill direct to your own Twilio, Postmark and Retell accounts. We don't touch that spend. Typical Twilio SMS is around 3p, Postmark email around 1p, Retell voice around 20p/minute. You keep control of your usage and your provider.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. Change tier from Settings, pro-rated on the day. No lock-in beyond your current billing period.
What if I need more than 10,000 contacts but not unlimited?
Team includes 10,000 contacts. If you outgrow that but haven't grown to Agency scale yet, message support and we'll sort a sensible add-on.
Do you charge per SMS or per email?
No. We never bill you for messages sent. Twilio and Postmark bill you directly. We charge for the CRM software, not for what you push through it.
