Ask these of any CRM you are thinking about. These are our answers.

| Where is my customer data stored? | In UK data centres. The CRM, its database and its nightly backups are all stored in the UK. |
| Can another business on the platform see my data? | No. Every request is checked, so one business can never see or change another business's records. |
| Is it encrypted? | Yes. Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and keys, email passwords and connection tokens are encrypted with AES-256. Backups are encrypted too. |
| How do you stop someone logging in as me? | Owners and admins must use two-step sign-in, and idle sessions sign out after 30 minutes. |
| Can I see who changed what? | Yes. Changes are logged with who made them and when, and you can give each person only the access they need. |
| Do I get a data processing agreement? | Yes. You read and sign it inside your account, and the signed copy is kept on your account. |
| Who else touches my data? | A short, published list of providers, each with where they process data. We tell you at least 30 days before adding a new one. |
| Who owns my phone number and messages? | You do. Your number, texts and AI receptionist run on your own Twilio and Retell accounts, with your own bills. |
| Can I take my data with me? | Yes. Export your contacts at any time, or ask us for a full export. |
| What happens if I leave? | We delete your data from the live system within 30 days, and backups roll off after 14 days. |
| What if something goes wrong? | If a breach ever affects your records, we tell you within 72 hours. |
