Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026
Effective date: 20 April 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Unavoidable Studio Ltd ("Unavoidable", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Unavoidable CRM service at unavoidablecrm.com (the "Service"), including this website.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Who we are

Unavoidable Studio Ltd
Company Number: 17367981

We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller and processor.

3. What personal data we collect

We collect different types of data depending on how you interact with us.

3.1 As a visitor to our website

  • Basic analytics data (pages visited, browser, approximate location from IP) if you consent to analytics cookies
  • Any information you submit via contact forms

3.2 As a registered user of Unavoidable CRM

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name, industry, and country
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your password (stored as a one-way hash, never readable)
  • Billing details (processed by Stripe - we do not see your card details)
  • Your login history, IP addresses, and browser information
  • Content you create in the CRM (contacts, messages, quotes, notes, etc.)

3.3 As a contact or recipient in someone else's Unavoidable CRM account

  • Your name, email, phone number, address
  • Messages sent or received (SMS, email, call recordings)
  • Appointments, quotes, invoices relating to you
  • Any notes or tags the business adds about you

In this case, the business is the Data Controller and Unavoidable is the Data Processor. To exercise your rights over your data, contact that business directly. If you're unable to reach them or they don't respond, contact us at info@unavoidablecrm.com and we'll help.

  • Our hosting provider - infrastructure
  • Postmark (USA / EU) - email delivery

7.5 Right to data portability

You can get your data in a structured, machine-readable format to transfer to another service. Email us or use the data export feature (where available).

7.6 Right to object

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. For direct marketing, this right is absolute - we'll stop immediately. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email us.

7.7 Right to withdraw consent

Where we process data based on consent (e.g. marketing emails, analytics cookies), you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
